Bill Holter writes and is partnered with Jim Sinclair. He also wrote for Miles Franklin from 2012-15. Bill worked as a retail stockbroker for 23 years, including 12 as a branch manager at A.G. Edwards. He left Wall Street in late 2006 to avoid potential liabilities related to management of paper assets as he foresaw the Great Financial crisis coming. In retirement he and his family moved to Costa Rica where he lived until 2011 when he moved back to the United States. He was a well-known contributor to the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee (GATA) commentaries from 2007-present.

Jordan Eliseo

Jordan Eliseo is a financial markets commentator and precious metals expert with 25 years industry experience. He has worked at companies including JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank and was Head of Investment Analytics at Cazenove Capital in London where he was responsible for building risk and attribution models for hedge funds as well as equity, fixed income and multi-asset portfolios.

Jordan has also worked as the Head of Investment Analytics for AMP Capital’s Multi-Asset Group in Sydney.

An author, professional speaker and financial markets expert, Jordan has spoken at more than 50 industry events at which he has shared is knowledge of gold, gold investment and the global financial markets with investor audiences ranging from SMSF trustees to financial advisors, family offices and institutional wealth managers, to individuals.

Jordan’s precious metals experience commenced in 2003 when he co-founded Argentaurus Investments, a private investment vehicle set up to invest in precious metals and related assets.


Kingston Resources (ASX:KSN)

Kingston Resources is a metals exploration company which is focused on exploring and developing the world-class Misima Gold Project in PNG. Misima hosts a JORC resource of 3.2Moz Au. Misima was operated as a profitable open pit mine by Placer Pacific between 1989 and 2001, producing over 3.7Moz before it was closed when the gold price was below US$300/oz. The Misima Project offers outstanding potential for additional resource growth through exploration success targeting extensions and additions to the current 3.2Moz Resource base. The Misima PFS is underway and scheduled for completion by the end of 2020.

In addition, Kingston owns 75% of the high-grade Livingstone Gold Project in Western Australia where active exploration programs are also in progress. Today Livingstone contains a 49,000oz JORC 2004 Resource at Homestead and the 2018 discovery at Kingsley. Livingstone is located 140 km NW of Meekatharra in Western Australia.


Andrew Corbett

Mr Corbett has operated in the mining industry for over 22 years.
Prior roles include Portfolio Manager of the Global Resource Fund at Perpetual Investments and General Manager with Orica Mining Services, based in Germany.
Mine management and operational experience includes contractor and owner mining experience combined with statutory mine management responsibilities, mining engineer and project evaluation/feasibility work.

Mr Corbett has a Bachelor of Engineering Mining (Honours) from Western Australian School of Mines, a Masters of Business Administration from Newcastle University and a First Class Mine Managers Certificate.

Tony Locantro

Tony Locantro joined Alto Capital as an Investment Manager in 2017. Shae Russell’s first foray into the wide world of financial markets began more than a decade ago. As a consultant at a derivatives brokering firm, she helped clients navigate the complex world of derivatives and technical analysis.

Over the past eight years, Shae’s worked as an analyst on some of Australia’s most widely-read financial investment newsletters, including Gold Stock Trader and Markets and Money. Now she joins the team at Fat Tail Media as co-editor of The Daily Reckoning Australia.

Godolphin Resources, (ASX: GRL)     

Godolphin Resources (ASX: GRL) (“Godolphin”) is an ASX listed resources company, with 100% controlled Australian-based projects in the Lachlan Fold Belt (LFB) of NSW, a world-class gold-copper province which hosts major mines including Cadia/Ridgeway, North Parkes and Lake Cowal. Currently the Company’s tenements cover 3200km2 of highly prospective ground focussed on the Lachlan Transverse Zone, one of the key structures which controlled the formation of gold and copper deposits within the LFB, the Godolphin Fault and the Molong Volcanic Belt. At Lewis Ponds a revised Mineral Resource Estimate has recently been announced which focusses on the higher- grade gold and silver rich lenses. A 3,300m diamond drill programme and 1,000m RC programme are currently in progress at Lewis Ponds.                 

David Greenwood, Chief Executive Officer

David Greenwood has an in-depth knowledge and more than 30 years’ broad-based experience in the resources industry across a range of commodities including precious metals, base metals, industrial minerals, mineral sands, and bulk commodities. Mr Greenwood was educated in the UK and has worked internationally in the resources industry in exploration, production, marketing, business development and investment analysis. Mr Greenwood was Executive General Manager for Straits Resources Ltd, where he was responsible for exploration, marketing, corporate affairs, investor relations and investments. Mr Greenwood has held board positions with junior resource companies, including President (CEO) of Goldminco Corporation, a previously listed Canadian exploration company with assets in the Lachlan Fold Belt, NSW. Mr Greenwood has specific expertise in resources evaluation and financing, from exploration through to mine development, in addition to business development, minerals marketing and investor relations.


Red River Resources, (ASX: RVR)

RVR is seeking to build a multi-asset operating business focused on base and precious metals with the objective of delivering prosperity through lean and clever resource development. RVR’s foundation asset is the Thalanga Base Metal Operation in Northern Queensland, which was acquired in 2014 and where RVR commenced copper, lead and zinc concentrate production in September 2017. RVR has commenced production at the high-grade Hillgrove Gold Operation in New South Wales which was acquired in 2019. The Hillgrove Operation is a key part of RVR’s strategy to build a multi-asset operating business focused on base and precious metals.


Mel Palancian, Managing Director

Mr Palancian has more than 20 years’ experience in the mining industry and his most recent role was Deputy Operations Director at Newcrest’s Gosowong operation in Indonesia. Prior to this, he held a range of senior positions including General Manager Technical Services for MMG, Manager Dugald River Development for OZ Minerals and Principal Adviser Mining for Zinifex.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Computing) from Monash University and a Masters in Engineering from RMIT.

Tim Wither, Managing Director

Tim Wither is a mining executive with over 20 years experience in the resource sector, both domestically and internationally, with key involvement in the development of several greenfield base metal projects. Mr Wither has held various senior executive and strategic leadership roles in Australia, India, Africa, South America, with publicly listed companies on both the ASX and TSX.

Tim is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA from Curtin Graduate School of Business,  Graduate Diploma of Mining, Graduate Diploma in Natural Resource Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mine Engineering and Surveying from the WA School of Mines. Impact Minerals (ASX: IPT)
Dr Mike Jones, Managing Director

Dr Jones completed undergraduate and post-graduate studies in Mining and Exploration Geology at Imperial College, London.

His Ph.D work on gold mineralisation saw him move to Western Australia in 1988 to work for Western Mining Corporation exploring for gold and nickel deposits in the Yilgarn.

From 1994 he consulted to the exploration and mining industry specialising in the integration of geological field mapping and the interpretation of geochemical, geophysical and remotely sensed data for target generation.

Dr Jones has worked on over 80 projects both in greenfields and near mine exploration in a wide variety of mineralised terrains and was the founding director of Lithofire Consulting Geologists in Perth, Australia.

He was also the team leader during the discovery of a significant gold deposit at the Higginsville Mining Centre, near Kalgoorlie and an iron ore deposit near Newman, both in Western Australia.

Damien Keys, Managing Director

Damien is a geologist with 20 years’ experience in mining and exploration across a range of commodities. Damien has completed a PhD in Structural Geology at James Cook University in Townsville.


Kin Mining (ASX:KIN)

Kin Mining is a West Australian based gold development and exploration company. Kin’s key focus is its 100% owned Cardinia Gold Project (CGP) located in the highly prospective North-Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. Andrew Munckton, Managing Director

Andrew Munckton is an experienced geologist who has held senior management roles of both ASX-listed companies and gold operations in a career spanning more than 30 years.

Most recently, Andrew was Managing Director of a junior gold and base metals exploration and development company, Syndicated Metals Limited. His recent focus at Syndicated has been on leading the acquisition and exploration of the Monument Gold Project in Western Australia which is adjacent to Dacian Gold’s Mount Morgans gold mine. In this role he has had responsibility for overseeing exploration programs, feasibility studies, project assessments and acquisition, project divestments, joint ventures, capital raisings and general corporate strategy.

Andrew has also held the roles of Managing Director of Avalon Minerals, General Manager – Operations for Gindalbie Metals, General Manager Strategic Development of Placer Dome Asia Pacific and General Manager Operations of the Kanowna Belle, Paddington and Kundana gold mines over a period of 10 years.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Western Australia and is currently a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Matador Mining (ASX: MZZ)

The Cape Ray Gold Project is in the south-western area of Newfoundland, Canada. The Project is about 25 km northeast of the coastal town of Port aux Basques and is located on the Cape Ray shear, one of the most prospective, yet under explored gold regions in North America. Mr Murray is a Chartered Accountant, a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds an Executive degree in Advanced Management & Leadership from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School. With over 25 years’ mining industry experience in senior leadership positions, including the position of Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Gold Road Resources Ltd (ASX: GOR) and DRDGold Ltd (NYSE & JSE: DRD), he has also held executive positions with international ‘Big Four’ accounting firms.
